The Beaune Les Bressandes showed spectacularly well from the cask, but seems to have disappeared since it was bottled. I suspect my score will be considered conservative in about 5 to 6 years' time. Currently, the wine shows plenty of depth and ripeness but high acidity and a rather closed, tough, almost impenetrable style. I would not touch it before 1993 or 1994.
If you are looking for old-style, impeccably made, extremely age-worthy Premiers Crus from the Cote de Beaune, look no further than this superbly run domaine.
