Mademoiselle Chopin's Beaune Les Teurons is by far the biggest wine she made in 1987. It reveals plenty of oak, a great deal of body, excellent concentration and depth, as well as enough tannin to preclude enjoyable drinking until at least 1992-1993.
If you are looking for old-style, impeccably made, extremely age-worthy Premiers Crus from the Cote de Beaune, look no further than this superbly run domaine.
