Another outstanding effort is the 2007 Pinot Noir Hyde Vineyard. Its dark ruby color is followed by scents of damp earth, spice box, licorice, white chocolate, black cherries, and raspberries. Medium to full-bodied with tart, fresh acids, and a long finish, it can be enjoyed over the next 5-7 years.
