Dark fruited and rich, the 2018 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe and expressive with blackberry and dark cherry elements with a mineral and dusty essence. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is layered with graphite and crème de cassis elements and has a balanced structure and mineral-laced finish.

With a dense, dark-fruited core, the 2017 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry and cassis with an herbaceous undertone and soft dusty character. Medium to full-bodied, the wine has a tight mouthfeel with grainy tannins that follow a condensed dark-fruit profile. Lingering with a tight tannic edge, subtle baking spices and bitter dark chocolate flavors remain on the finish.

The 2016 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of a dark fruit bowl with notions of dusty bitter dark chocolate and soft nuances of oak spices. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is slightly shy and will need some time in the glass to coax the expression to attention. The wine ends with a straightforward finish with flavors of blackberry and cocoa powder. 6,600 cases produced.

Wafting from the glass with notes of pencil shavings, black currants, dried herbs and loamy soil, the 2015 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied, nicely concentrated and layered, with a good core of fruit, fine-grained but youthfully firm structuring tannins and a sappy finish. It's a persuasively characterful and complete wine from a challenging vintage.

Graphite, blackberry, cassis and cedary spice all emerge from the 2014 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon), and it has good minerality, medium-bodied richness and ample charm and elegance.
