The 2013 Saint Aubin Murgers des Dents de Chiens, which comes from contracted fruit that Gambal has worked with for a number of years, has a perfumed, lavender-tinged bouquet that opens nicely in the glass. The palate has a pleasing fatness on the entry, though the mineralité comes through more toward the lime cordial finish. This is a rich and generous Saint Aubin that should drink well over the next decade.
