From just outside the appellation of Puligny-Montrachet, this 2011 Bourgogne Blanc possesses crisp acids, attractive white currant, honeysuckle and tropical fruit notes, good freshness and a whiff of oak. There are 400 cases of this effort that was aged primarily in used French cooperage with about 10-15% new wood. It should drink well for several years.
