In a cold, late and difficult year, the 2008 St Peray Fleur de Crussol came from tiny yields and wasn't harvest until October. Still fresh and lively, it lacks the depth and texture of the '09-'12, but has clean, classy notes of citrus, mineral water and hints of flowers. Medium-bodied, balanced and enjoyable, drink it over the coming couple of years.
