The 2016 Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent is quite exotic in profile, revealing aromas of musky peach, white flowers and honey. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and ample, with a textural attack and saline finish. It's one of the more gourmand wines in the range this year.
