The 2012 Etna Bianco Biancodicaselle is100% Carricante from two sites: The Contrada Caselle on the East side of Etna at up to 800 meters above sea level and the Contrada Cavaliere on the southwest of the volcano at 900 meters above sea level. This is a deliciously crisp and luminous white wine with a strong mineral vein of brimstone and lead pencil that runs straight through it. There’s an attractive lightness and levity to its overall personality. Drink 2014-2016.
