Tastes like what we Americans expect a premium Australian Shiraz to taste like (and there’s nothing wrong with that): Three parts ripe plum fruit, one part each oak and caramel. Fruit is sweet on the nose, and coupled with smoky grilled meats. It was “created to take on Grange,” explained winemaker Adam Eggins.
