The 2013 Saint Aubin 1er Cru En Creots has an assured and harmonious bouquet: citrus fruit, apple blossom and faint scents of peach in the background. The palate is very harmonious with good weight in the mouth, just a dab of spice livening this up and combining very well with the citrus fruit underneath. There is very good persistency here, perhaps more so than Colin’s other premier crus at the moment. Excellent.
