The 2012 Brut Nature, which has no dosage whatsoever, is a blend of 40% Macabeo, 30% Parellada, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Xarello, all organically grown in clay and limestone soils. It spent 18 months on its lees. Notes of apple skin, crisp citrus (grapefruit), and fresh, lively effervescence are found in this light-bodied, fresh, interesting sparkler. Enjoy it over the next year or so.
