The 2004 Brut Grande Sendree is very pretty in this vintage. Layers of sweet, perfumed fruit flow across the palate in this beautifully delineated, classy Champagne. All of the nuances are nicely done. Sweet red berries, freshly cut flowers and spices meld together on the classy, chalky finish. This is an understated, feminine wine that can be enjoyed today, but it also appears to have the energy to drink well for a number of years. This is Lot # LS5406110. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2020.
