The Torre Rosazza 2019 Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon opens to lime, Meyer lemon, tropical fruit, star jasmine and almond blossom. There is a clear mineral note of crushed sandstone that gives the wine extra backbone and sharpness. To the palate, this is a watery and lean white, but it does offer the crisp acidity for a pairing with fried calamari rings or sardines.

The Torre Rosazza 2018 Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon is bright and floral with an easy and accessible personality. The bouquet opens to tropical fruit, papaya, citrus, crushed stone and touches of green tomato leaf. This is a tonic, linear and steely white to drink with appetizers or light foods on a patio.

Here's another super fresh and fragrant wine from Torre Rosazza, with the usual undertones of exotic fruit such as papaya but also some pungent tangerine notes that really pop out in this vintage. The 2012 Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon is a balanced and luminous white wine with shapely aromas of exotic fruit, lemon curd, papaya and dried spring flowers.
