There is plenty of wood influence as well as oak spice and vanilla notes on the expressive nose that presents aromas of fresh citrus, pear and floral scents. The beautifully well-delineated and intense middle weight flavors possess a lovely sense of vibrancy before culminating in a markedly dry but not really austere finale. This is carrying more wood than I personally prefer but I do like the intensity.
