I tasted four vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, a wine that is aged for three years in barrel before it is released. There are approximately 1000 cases produced each vintage. There are only 800 cases of the 1992 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, a deep ruby/purple-colored wine with excellent flesh, full body, copious quantities of fat, but some tough tannin in the finish.
