The 2009 Josefina Pinol Blanco is a late harvested cuvee of Garnacha Blanca aged 4 months in barrel. Aromas of caramel, dates, and ginger lead to a viscous, sweet, velvety textured elixir that will pair nicely with foie gras courses.
