The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Drappier is the most focused and vibrant of these entry-level wines. It shows terrific vibrancy and purity in clean, varietally true Chardonnay fruit layered with flowers and minerals. This mid-weight Champagne possesses notable length and an impeccable sense of balance. This is Lot LU 8805410. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2015. This is a strong set of new releases from Drappier, with the exception of the roses, which fall a bit short of the quality level the estate achieves with its other wines.
