The 2000 Pouilly-Fuisse Vieilles Vignes aromatically reveals huge ripeness as well as toasted mineral scents. It is massively powerful, intense, zesty, and concentrated. This medium-bodied wine offers quinine (as in tonic water) immersed minerals as well as poached pear flavors.
