From ungrafted vines, the 8% alcohol 2013 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett has a slightly flinty aroma mixed with bright pip and stone-fruit aromas. The wine is pure and salty on the palate as the residual 55 grams of sugar is very well absorbed. Really tight and serious on the palate, this stunning complex Kabinett finishes with good grip and a lingering and stimulating salinity.
