Richter’s 2004 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett, while less concentrated than the corresponding Graacher Himmelreich, displays a lovely lightness and delicacy – at only 7.5% alcohol – along with a suffusion of apple blossom, apple pit, and vanilla flavors and a creamy mouth feel.
