Although Emanuel Reynaud is working with less impressive raw materials than in 1990, his 1992 red wines have turned out well. The 1992 Cotes du Rhone displays a roasted herb, smoky, and black-cherry-scented nose, medium-bodied, concentrated flavors, dusty tannin, and a spicy, moderately long finish. It should drink well for 4-5 years. Importer: Martine's Wines, San Rafael, CA; Tel. (415) 485-1800
