The 2009 Rocky Gully Shiraz is blended with about 3% Viognier. Deep garnet with a hint of purple, it offers intense blackberry and black plum aromas with hints of tar, earth and tree bark. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the mouth with juicy berry flavors marked by crisp acid and a medium level of rounded tannins, finishing long with some baking spices coming through. Drink it now to 2016+.
