The Morey St.-Denis Clos de la Bussiere is a meaty, fleshy, red burgundy made to last for a decade or more. It was somewhat closed but clearly dense, concentrated, and well balanced. Drink it between 1993 and 2000.
Jean-Marie Roumier and Christophe, his son, have one of the most important and respected cellars in Burgundy's Cote d'Or. From their infant days in the cask, the 1986s have had the reputation of being some of the finest 1986s made. I concur.
