The 2015 Chablis 1Er Cru les Lys has a composed bouquet with scents of green apple, oyster shell and wet limestone, all nicely defined and gaining intensity in the glass. The palate is fresh on the entry with driving acidity; granite and slate dominate the mid-palate with a stern and steely finish.
