Produced from a parcel of Vaillons that has a north-to-northeast exposure, the 2002 Chablis Les Lys (domaine) bursts from the glass with aromas reminiscent of ginger snaps. Ample, medium-bodied, and silky-textured, it is a plump wine with seashell, pear, and mineral flavors. It should be consumed over the next 3-4 years.
