Ripe white fruits and spices are found in the aromatics of the 2001 Chassagne-Montrachet Champs-Gain. This lush, satin-textured wine is medium-bodied and loaded with citrus fruits as well as minerals. It reveals a somewhat compressed finish that kept its score from being higher; drink it over the next 3-4 years.
