The deep purple 2008 Mather Teresina is composed of 40% Garnacha, 30% Carinena, and 30% Morenillo aged in barrel for 24 months. Pain grille, mineral, boots of Spanish leather, a hint of balsamic, and black cherry lead to a sizeable wine with considerable elegance and enough underlying structure to evolve for 2-3 years. This lengthy effort will be at its best from 2013 to 2023.
