The 2008 Sacra Natura is certified organic. It is a blend of 35% Carinena, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, and 10% Tempranillo aged in barrel for 6 months. Aromas of licorice, mineral, underbrush, blueberry, blackberry, and plum jump from the glass. This is followed by a sweet, ripe, voluminous offering with excellent density and concentration.
