    Deep garnet with hints of purple, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced cassis, crushed blueberries and blackberries with pencil shavings, violets and cloves hints. Medium to full-bodied, it has good concentration with plenty of finesse, purity and fine, ripe tannins. It finishes long and fresh.

    Deep garnet-colored with a hint of purple and also 100% barrel-fermented, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon presents a pronounced nose of blackcurrant cordial, chocolate-mint and cloves with underlying cedar and marmite-toast hints. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of juicy, blackcurrant flavor in the mouth, it is supported by medium-level, grainy tannins and lively acidity through the long finish. 578 six-bottle cases were made.     Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of creme de cassis and blueberry preserves intermingled with hints of dried roses, cedar, vanilla and menthol plus a whiff of cinnamon. Medium to full-bodied, it has a great structure of firm, finely-grained tannins and a refreshing acid line to support the muscular berry preserve and baking spice flavors before finishing with excellent persistence.     A blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Shiraz, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon was 100% barrel fermented and aged for 17 months in 70% French and 30% American oak, 50% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it is intensely scented withwarm black currant, menthol and pencil shavings and hints of violets, bay leaf, yeast extract and black olives. Full bodied with plenty of taut, muscular fruit in the mouth, it has a solid backbone of firm grainy tannins and crisp acid, finishing long and layered with some oak poking through.
