Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of creme de cassis and blueberry preserves intermingled with hints of dried roses, cedar, vanilla and menthol plus a whiff of cinnamon. Medium to full-bodied, it has a great structure of firm, finely-grained tannins and a refreshing acid line to support the muscular berry preserve and baking spice flavors before finishing with excellent persistence. Approachable now though the oak is still showing and it should be at its most harmonious from 2014 to 2022+.
