The 2020 Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d'Or exhibits aromas of pear, toasted nuts, beeswax and apple blossom, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and enveloping palate with a satiny attack, lively acids and spice-inflected finish. It's one of the highlights of the range this year.

The 2018 Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d'Or offers up notes of pear, white flowers, crisp green apple and almond paste. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and open-knit, it's giving and accessible, concluding with a chalky finish.

The 2016 Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d'Or bursts from the glass with aromas of green orchard fruit, nutmeg and honeycomb. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with chewy texture and extract, succulent acids and a long, lusty finish. It's one of the most dramatic, extroverted wines in the Latour collection this year.
