Revealing a stone and white pepper-laced nose, the Savigny-Les-Beaune Les Vergelesses has a beautifully ripe, complex, highly-delineated, and medium-bodied personality filled with flavors of cold steel and flowers. The mineral- scented Savigny Les Beaune Les Vergelesses, produced from 20 year old vines, is impressive. Displaying a silky texture, admirable minerality, toastiness, and good length, this is an excellent wine to enjoy between its release and 2005.
