Very deep purple-black colored, the 2009 Brookman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced notes of prunes, blueberry tart and cloves plus suggestions of allspice, chopped hazelnuts and yeast extract. Densely packed with dried berry and spice flavors, it has a firm level of chewy tannins, medium-high, balanced acid and a long finish. It should drink best 2013 to 2022+.
