There's a coating of flesh around a core of cherry and strawberry flavors, with a solid base of tannins. Turns spicy on the finish, with the balance toward dry tannins. Have faith—this is ripe and juicy. Best from 2014 through 2024. 25 cases imported. -BS

Though firmly structured, this is a suave, elegant red. Black currant and wild berry notes are accented by mineral and a touch of licorice. All the components are there, but the tannins are assertive now, with a lovely berry-laced aftertaste. Best from 2012 through 2022. 25 cases imported. -BS
