A medium- to full-bodied Barolo with juicy red fruit character and notes of red spices, moist tree bark and dried flowers. Tannins are velvety and wide with chalky texture and a firm, linear finish. Try after 2026.

A firmly structured, complex red, with ripe cherry and plum flavors framed by floral, earth, mineral and spice notes. Succulent and builds to a long, kaleidoscopic finish, where the fruit, floral and mineral elements emerge again. The Cascina Adelaide 2018 Barolo Preda brings the intensity level up a notch both in terms of bouquet and mouthfeel. The wine boats a medium dark color with a full display of black and purple fruits, licorice, spice and pressed roses. All that Nebbiolo intensity nicely fills the inside of your glass. To the palate, the wine is evenly consistent and feels quite lengthy in terms of finish. This wine has been made as long as Cascina Adelaide has existed, and today 5,000 bottles are released.

A solidly-built Barolo, offering cherry, plum and bread dough aromas and flavors, supported by a dense fabric of tannins, with earth and licorice accents emerging on the finish.
