The 2021 Roero Arneis Cayega is bright and fresh, showing a standard bouquet of citrus, apple and crisp pear. There is some minimum viscosity to the mouthfeel with honey and dried fruit. Otherwise, this wine is all about brightness and freshness. It's an easy choice for cocktail hour.

Made only in stainless steel, the 2014 Roero Arneis Cayega is a well-made and refreshing white wine. The wine opens to a crisp mineral vein with subtle hints of citrus and white peach. Some 100,000 bottles were made.

Fresh and clean are two words that describe this Roero Arneis but the wine also imparts a very distinctive drying sensation in the mouth thanks to its aromas of white stone and talc powder.
