Saturated dark red. Aromas of raspberry, crushed stone and cinnamon are accented by pungent flowers and herbs. Sappy and almost painfully intense, with imploded purple fruit and mineral flavors energized by a peppery nuance. Finishes with outstanding rising length and reverberating, mouthfilling perfume. I would never have guessed that this was from vines harvested at the beginning of October.
