Showing beautifully, with tons of Provencal charm in its kirsch, blackberries, peppery spice and licorice aromas and flavors, the 2011 Ventoux la Quintessence is medium to full-bodied, silky, seamless and downright impossible to resist. Possessing beautiful purity of fruit and a more exotic, floral character with time in the glass, it's drinking the best of all of the younger vintages. Nevertheless, it will continue to evolve nicely through 2025.
