Notes of game, wood toast, earth and humus can be found on the fresh and cool red currant-scented nose. There is a subtle trace of minerality present on the nicely refined medium-bodied flavors that retain good delineation before culminating in focused, sleek, intense and lingering finish. I like the refreshing character though note that this will definitely need a few years of bottle age first.
