Mouth-watering aromas as well as flavors of chocolate covered cherries, spices, and jammy blackberries can be found in the 2000 Chambolle-Musigny Les Hauts-Doix. Light to medium-bodied and intense, this wine would have earned an outstanding score if its finish had not been tight and clipped. It should be consumed over the next 4-5 years.
