There is also a red 2014 The Flower and The Bee Sousón, which is fermented in stainless steel and aged for some four months in 300- and 500-liter oak barrels to make it a little rounder in this cool vintage. Lively, young and fresh, the nose is approachable, but the palate shows abundant tannins and high acidity, and would be in need of powerful food or some time in bottle. 15,000 bottles produced.
