Produced entirely from premier cru vineyards in the Beaune appellation (including a high percentage from the youngest vines of the Beaune Clos Des Mouches) the delicious, ruby-colored Cote De Beaune reveals a deeply spicy, cherry-scented nose. It has a luscious, silky, soft, medium-bodied and extremely ripe personality packed with lively yet jammy red fruits. Readers who have not experienced the pleasures derived from drinking an excellent, sweet, young red Burgundy should search for a bottle of this fairly-priced wine. Drink it over the next 3 years.
