The 2011 Gevrey-Chambertin Village from Philippe Pacalet has a stemmy, earthy bouquet with cranberry leaf notes underneath. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannin, linear and foursquare but with satisfying freshness. It just lacks a little substance and density towards the finish, so I would pop this Gevrey open now and over the next 3-4 years to get the best from it. Tasted September 2016.
