Blended of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, the 2008 Gaia offers a deep garnet color and intense aromas of warm black currant, plums and kirsch with underlying hints of Mediterranean herbs, earth, tree bark and sauteed capsicum. Medium-full bodied and very crisp in the mouth, it has a good concentration of savory flavors supported by a medium level of grainy tannins and finishing long. Drink it now to 2018.
