Revisited from bottle, Jadot's 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Les Drazeys (Domaine Gagey) is showing very well indeed, offering up aromas of cherries and wild berries, complemented by hints of raw cocoa, rose hip and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, with fine concentration, lively acids and velvety structuring tannins, it's deep and elegantly fleshy, concluding with a mineral finish.
