Exhibiting a dark ruby color and minty blackberries on the nose, the 1994 Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a powerful and intense personality. Layer upon layer of eucalyptus-tinged black fruits can be found in this super-structured and brooding wine. If the fruit outlasts the tannin my score will appear very conservative. Projected maturity: 2002-2009?I am concerned about the tannin level in this wine.Chateau Ste. Michelle's wines are for the most part beautifully made, well-structured and well-defined.
