The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Chateau Grenouilles has a clean and precise, chalky nose that needs a little encouragement from the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, just a dab of lemongrass lending tension but perhaps missing the vigour of La Chablisienne's other, generally very commendable Grand Crus. Drink over the next decade.
