Piuze produced only one barrel of the 2017 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros C?te de Bouqueyreaux, but it's showing very well from bottle, bursting with notes of fresh peach, Meyer lemon, oyster shell and beeswax. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and broad, with a satiny attack and a layered, concentrated core. It's a rich rendition of this site, marked by low yields.
