Made from 100% Chardonnay, the 2002 Antithesis possesses high acidity as well as characteristics of wheat thins, lemon zest, orange skins, and minerals. Medium-bodied and tangy, it will provide a lot of pleasure over the next 1-3 years. The white wines, which are Mediterranean in style, are well-worth checking out by those who find many Rhone Ranger whites too overblown and Chardonnays too woody and diluted.
